Portrait photography is very intimate. Someone who lets you photograph them is allowing you to capture them for all time, exactly as they are in that moment. A portrait session is just as much about the experience and the story as it is about the picture itself.

We were so excited to find out that we won a low light photo contest last week with this image of my little one eating breakfast! We first met this family during a casting call we did back in May for a commercial children's photoshoot for a local retail store. These two have so much personality... Greyson is a little comedian and Kaylyn is a little fashionista and a great audience for her big brother. They kept us on our toes for sure, but we loved every minute of it. We seriously love every time we get to work with this amazing family!
I really love moody edits so I thought I would share these with you all. I decided to take my munchkin out for an impromptu photo session. Loved how these creative portraits turned out.
